تشرح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية المعلومات عند استخدامك لموقع KuwaitTeacher.com (يشار إليه لاحقًا بـ "الموقع"). باستخدامك للموقع، فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
1) من نحن
الموقع هو منصة إلكترونية لعرض الإعلانات وتسهيل التواصل بين مقدمي الخدمات التعليمية المستقلين (مثل المعلمين الخصوصيين) وبين الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور. كما يوفر الموقع قسمًا مجانيًا بالكامل لتحميل ملفات تعليمية. لا يقدّم الموقع خدمات تعليمية بشكل مباشر ولا يكون طرفًا في أي اتفاقات تتم خارج الموقع.
2) المعلومات التي نجمعها
نجمع معلومات في الحالات التالية:
- معلومات تقدمها أنت طوعًا: مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف/الواتساب، البريد الإلكتروني، الجنس، الجنسية، المدينة/المنطقة، المواد/الخدمات، وصف الإعلان، وأي معلومات أخرى تكتبها في النماذج.
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل: عند اختيارك تسجيل الدخول عبر جوجل، نستلم من جوجل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف حسابك، لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك. لا نصل إلى كلمة مرور حسابك في جوجل.
- بيانات توثيق الموافقات: عند موافقتك على اتفاقية الاستخدام أو تحديثاتها، نحفظ نسخة الاتفاقية التي وافقت عليها ووقت الموافقة وعنوان IP الخاص بك، لأغراض التوثيق القانوني.
- سجل التفاعل مع الإعلانات: نسجّل مشاهدات الإعلانات والنقرات على أزرار التواصل (الاتصال/الواتساب)، لاحتساب رصيد النقاط ومنع النقرات المكررة والاحتيال الإعلاني.
- معلومات تقنية تلقائية: مثل عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، نظام التشغيل، الصفحات التي تمت زيارتها، ووقت الزيارة، لأغراض تشغيلية وأمنية.
- محتوى الإعلانات/الملفات: إذا وفّر الموقع رفع ملفات ضمن نموذج الإعلان، نعالج الملفات المرفوعة وفق إعدادات الموقع وحدود الحجم والأنواع المسموحة.
3) كيف نستخدم المعلومات
نستخدم المعلومات للأغراض التالية:
- تشغيل الموقع وتقديم خدماته الأساسية (عرض الإعلانات وتمكين التواصل).
- إرسال رمز التحقق لتوثيق رقم الواتساب، والإشعارات التشغيلية المتعلقة بحسابك وإعلاناتك (انظر البند 7).
- احتساب رصيد النقاط وحركاته (الخصم، الشحن، التجديد) وفق اتفاقية الاستخدام.
- التحقق من البيانات والحد من الإساءة والرسائل غير المرغوبة والاحتيال.
- الرد على الاستفسارات وطلبات الدعم.
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم وأداء الموقع، وقياس فعالية الحملات الإعلانية عند استخدام أدوات القياس.
4) الأساس القانوني للمعالجة
نعالج البيانات بناءً على (1) موافقتك عند إرسال النماذج أو الموافقة على اتفاقية الاستخدام، و/أو (2) مصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل الموقع وتأمينه وتحسينه، و/أو (3) الامتثال لالتزامات قانونية إن وُجدت.
5) مشاركة المعلومات مع أطراف أخرى
نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. قد نشارك بيانات محدودة فقط عند الضرورة وفي نطاق تشغيل الموقع، مثل:
- مزودو الاستضافة والبنية التحتية: لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته.
- مزودو البريد/الدعم وخدمة إرسال رسائل الواتساب: لإرسال رموز التحقق والإشعارات أو الرد على استفسارات.
- مزودو التحليلات والإعلانات: مثل Google Analytics أو Google Ads عند تفعيلها على الموقع.
- الامتثال القانوني: إذا طُلب منا ذلك بموجب قانون أو أمر رسمي.
6) الروابط الخارجية
قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط خارجية أو أزرار تواصل (مثل واتساب). عند الضغط عليها قد تنتقل إلى خدمات طرف ثالث تخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة به. ننصح بمراجعة سياسة الخصوصية لذلك الطرف قبل مشاركة أي بيانات.
7) الرسائل التي يرسلها الموقع عبر الواتساب والبريد
بتزويدك رقم الواتساب وتوثيقه بالرمز، فإنك توافق على استقبال رسائل تشغيلية من الموقع على هذا الرقم و/أو بريدك الإلكتروني، وتشمل: رمز التحقق، وإشعارات حالة الإعلان والرصيد، وتنبيهات الحساب (مثل تنبيه الخمول). لا نستخدم رقمك لرسائل تسويقية دون موافقة مستقلة، ويمكنك التواصل معنا في أي وقت لضبط الإشعارات غير الأساسية.
8) ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)
يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتقنيات مشابهة لتحسين الأداء وتذكر التفضيلات وقياس الزيارات، وقد تُستخدم لعرض إعلانات/محتوى ملائم. يمكنك التحكم في ملفات تعريف الارتباط من خلال إعدادات المتصفح.
9) إعلانات Google وإشارات القياس
عند استخدام Google Ads أو أدوات قياس مرتبطة بها، قد يتم استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو معرّفات إعلانية لقياس التحويلات وتحسين عرض الإعلانات. يمكنك إدارة تفضيلات الإعلانات من إعدادات Google/متصفحك.
10) الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بالمعلومات طالما كانت لازمة لتقديم خدمات الموقع أو لتحقيق الأغراض المذكورة في هذه السياسة، أو للامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية. تُحفظ سجلات توثيق الموافقات (النسخة والوقت وعنوان IP) طوال مدة وجود الحساب وبعدها للمدة اللازمة لتوثيق الموقف القانوني. عند عدم الحاجة، نقوم بحذف البيانات أو إخفاء هويتها ضمن حدود الإمكانيات التقنية المعقولة.
11) حماية البيانات
نتخذ إجراءات تنظيمية وتقنية معقولة لحماية المعلومات الشخصية، مثل تقييد الوصول للبيانات على الأشخاص المخوّلين فقط، واستخدام اتصال آمن عند نقل البيانات، وتطبيق إجراءات أمنية أساسية على مستوى الموقع والاستضافة. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نظام عبر الإنترنت، لكننا نعمل على تقليل المخاطر قدر الإمكان.

This Privacy Policy explains how KuwaitTeacher.com ("the Website") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services. By using the Website, you agree to this Policy.
1) Who we are
The Website operates as an online platform that displays advertisements and facilitates communication between independent educational service providers (such as private tutors) and students/parents. The Website also offers an entirely free section for downloading educational files. The Website does not provide educational services directly and is not a party to arrangements made outside the Website.
2) Information we collect
We collect information in the following cases:
- Information you provide voluntarily: such as name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, gender, nationality, city/area, subjects/services, listing details, and any other information you submit via forms.
- Google sign-in data: when you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and account identifier from Google to create your account and log you in. We never access your Google password.
- Consent records: when you accept the User Agreement or its updates, we store the agreement version you accepted, the acceptance timestamp, and your IP address, for legal documentation purposes.
- Listing interaction logs: we record listing views and clicks on contact buttons (call/WhatsApp) to calculate points balances and to prevent duplicate clicks and advertising fraud.
- Technical information: such as IP address, browser type, operating system, visited pages, and timestamps, for operational and security purposes.
- Listings/media uploads: if the Website allows file uploads, uploaded files are processed according to the Website's configured limits and allowed types.
3) How we use information
- To operate the Website and provide core functionality (display listings and enable contact).
- To send the verification code (OTP) for WhatsApp number verification, and operational notifications related to your account and listings (see Section 7).
- To calculate points balances and transactions (deductions, top-ups, renewals) according to the User Agreement.
- To prevent abuse, spam, fraud, and security incidents.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To improve user experience and Website performance, and to measure advertising effectiveness where measurement tools are used.
4) Legal basis
We process data based on (1) your consent when submitting forms or accepting the User Agreement, and/or (2) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Website, and/or (3) compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
5) Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only as needed to operate the Website, such as:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers to run and protect the Website.
- Email/support providers and WhatsApp messaging service providers to send verification codes and notifications or respond to requests.
- Analytics/advertising providers (e.g., Google Analytics / Google Ads) if enabled on the Website.
- Legal compliance if required by law or official request.
6) External links

7) Messages sent by the Website via WhatsApp and email

We do not use your number for marketing messages without separate consent, and you may contact us at any time to adjust non-essential notifications.
8) Cookies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve performance, remember preferences, and measure traffic, and they may be used to serve relevant ads/content. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
9) Google Ads and measurement
Where Google Ads and related measurement tools are used, cookies or advertising identifiers may be used to measure conversions and improve ad delivery. You can manage ad preferences via Google and/or your browser settings.
10) Data retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Website's services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or comply with legal obligations. Consent records (version, timestamp, and IP address) are retained for the life of the account and thereafter for as long as needed to document the legal position. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify data within reasonable technical limits.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including access control (authorized personnel only), secure transmission where applicable, and basic security practices at the Website and hosting level. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure; we work to reduce risks as much as reasonably possible.
